What/Why:
Each year, the National Children's Chorus (NCC) recruits students to fill open positions within the Chorus. Under the direction of Artistic Director Luke McEndarfer, NCC provides students with an extraordinary environment to grow as singers and individuals, as they become future artistic and community leaders.

NCC's transformative program helps children discover their musical ability and creativity by supporting healthy vocal development within a comprehensive curriculum. Through intensive choral training and high-profile performance experiences in some of the nation's premier venues - students learn discipline and leadership skills, while proudly representing the city of Washington, D.C. as ambassadors of harmony.
